• Bag of spinach
• 1 red onion, cut in rings
• 4 hard boiled eggs
• ½ lb bacon, fried, cut up
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 (8 oz) jar Italian dressing

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Combine sour cream and dressing and heat until warm and well blended with wire whisk.

Pour warm dressing on top when ready to serve.
